At Travel With Hodgie, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, causing you to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. To ensure fair and consistent service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time.

  • You have the flexibility to reschedule a session up to two times.


2. Session Forfeiture:

  • After two rescheduling attempts, the session is forfeited, no refund will be provided.

  • We encourage clients to make every effort to attend their rescheduled appointments and make use of their coaching sessions to maximize the benefits of our services.


3. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If you wish to cancel a coaching session, please note that refunds will not be issued for canceled sessions.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the session must be rescheduled per our rescheduling policy.


4. Emergencies and Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. If you encounter such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.


5. Late Clients:

  • If you arrive late for a coaching session, the session will begin at the scheduled time and continue without additional time being added. We value your time, and we aim to make the most of the remaining session duration.

  • Please be punctual to make the most of your coaching experience.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled session, the session will be forfeited with no refund or opportunity to reschedule. You will have to reschedule and pay for a new appointment. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all clients effectively.


6. No-Show Clients:

  • If you do not attend a scheduled coaching session and do not provide prior 24 hour notice of cancellation, the session will be considered a no-show.

  • No-show clients will forfeit their session with no refund.

  • To avoid being marked as a no-show, please ensure you communicate any changes in your schedule and adhere to our cancellation policy outlined above.
